Tom Dawes – Chief Executive Officer

Tom has been working in the aerospace sector for 14 years and following 5 years PhD research in aerospace supply chain ERP systems with Airbus and Westland Helicopters has formed and grown several aerospace start-up companies in the UK, India, Poland and China, offering supply chain integration, aerospace special processes and software development. Tom has won several prestigious National awards including UK Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Chambers of Commerce Best New Business.

Tony Guo – Technical Director

Tony is a Chinese Citizen with more than 10 years experience of working in academia and industry in the UK. Following his PhD in software outsourcing Tony established DNA Coders Ltd and the Technology Division of AeroDNA Ltd. Tony also manages the offshore development capability in Wuhan, China which enable AeroDNA to reduce technical support and systems development costs.

Jim Walters - Commercial Director

Jim has more than 25 years experience in high end engineering sectors and has successfully founded and grown 2 engineering companies. Jim has a vast network of contacts in US/Europe and emerging economies and leads the Enterprises Division which facilitates joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and technology transfer partnerships. Jim is also responsible for overseas business development for our clients through his expansive network of global aerospace contacts.

Financial Controller – Lynne Ambrose – has 23 years of financial / accountant experience Lynne achieved full associate membership of CIMA in 2008. Lynne gained experience in various business sectors, ranging from £5m to £25m turnover, and has managed all finance and payroll functions.

Mark Hughes – UK Operations Director

Mark was previously a senior BAE Systems and Airbus Executive for 20 years covering a range of procurement, supply chain, logistics and operations disciplines. In 2007 Mark co-founded Agile Business Solutions (UK) Ltd with his colleague PhilJones. Agile have been providing a range of consultancy services (such as strategic business planning, supply chain management and procurement) to the SME engineering sector and have a won a £250K per annum coaching contract with the North West Aerospace Alliance for the Aerospace Supply Chain Excellence Programme which is mentored by Airbus, Rolls Royce and BAE Systems.

Phil Jones – Business Development Director

Phil was previously a senior BAE Systems and Airbus Executive for 20 years covering a range of supplier development, logistics and operations disciplines.
