Centre of Excellence

AeroDNA is working with several Industrial, Academic and Government partners to develop Centres of Excellence in strategic global locations, with the first centre planned in Bangalore by Q1 2013.

The objectives of the Centres of Excellence are as follows:

  • Develop breadth and depth of technical expertise to meet future demands of aerospace manufacturing and aviation industry in emerging supply chains
  • Bridge the gap between academia and aerospace industry demands by combining best practice classroom training with 'on the job' training in a live environment
  • Establish mentoring programme with world's leading OEMs and technical experts
  • Deliver specialised Training, Consultancy and Outsourced Services to global aerospace companies
  • Embed sustainable commercial model enabling ongoing investment in resources to continually deliver best practice to emerging aerospace supply chains

The Centres of Excellence will be delivered through:

Classroom Training

  • Technical best practice bridging academia and industrial demands

On the Job Training

  • Dedicated aerospace machining, fabrication, assembly, treatments, repair & overhaul production cells working to AS9100 and NADCAP
  • Global partnerships for specialised on the job training

Mentoring

  • Experienced senior Aerospace Managers from leading OEM partners to support the continued development of personnel 'in situ' at company
